As you can see by the attached Victoria Real Estate Board Stats, the Victoria Market is still HOT HOT HOT. What is driving the market to be so brisk is that the inventory levels continue to stay at record lows - month after month over the past year. An example of that is this newest statistics release showing that the Active Listings in the GVA are at 1,556 compared to last year at the same time of 2,618.

When the inventory selection is this low and the buyers are still active and in searching for their new home n large numbers it creates a serious supply and demand issue.
