Thank you to Anne Watley for finding a lovely new home for us in this very difficult market. We found Ann to be very knowledgeable, honest and hard working. We gave her a list of approx. 12 items we felt we either " must have " or would like to have in our new home, she was able to supply all of them for us. Ann was a wonderful surprise from the moment she blew into our home like a small, delightful hurricane! Yes, she knows the market and her business well and gives her clients excellent advice. But more important is the extraordinary lengths she goes to in order to help her clients! She gave us excellent advice about renovations prior to listing, provided a list of excellent resources to do our reno, loaned us items to stage our home and provided support and advice throughout. She found us the perfect home to purchase and went above and beyond to ensure our offer was accepted. On possession day, she didn't just give us the keys, she met us there, inspected the property to ensure it was perfect and gave us a lovely welcome package. I cannot recommend her highly enough - in almost 50 years of buying and selling homes we have never met such a fun, helpful and knowledgeable realtor!! She genuinely cares and wants to help her clients from start to finish.

Ann is beyond amazing as a realtor. She really went above and beyond. Her advice was spot on, easy to follow. As someone with severe anxiety, she was patient and kind.
